A Home to Live in Every Season
The house was built in 1718 as a summer retreat for the Bishop of Pistoia, as testified by an original stone engrave in the living room. It has been restored in 2009 and fully equipped.
Even in fall and winter, when you cannot enjoy the garden or the pool, there are still very good reasons to visit Tuscany! This is why, when renovating the villa, our priority was to offer our guests wide interior spaces. Perhaps, we could have achieved a greater number of beds, but we rather preferred to design the house in order to make it a comfortable destination for groups of friends and families all year long.
LIVING AND FITNESS
The villa has two large living rooms. The one located on the ground floor is provided of a large flat TV with satellite decoder, DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo system. The one in the attic is more "game oriented" with a playing table and a snooker pool table. It is also provided of a king size sofa-bed.
On the ground floor is also located the wellness area, a warm cozy space with an infrared sauna, a big whirlpool and fitness equipment, where recharging after a day of sightseeing or relaxing after skiing on the Apennines slopes!
KITCHEN & DINING
Villa Le Panche is a real home to enjoy day by day. There is a dining room with an extendable table and an outdoor dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs next to a barbecue.
The villa's kitchen is large and fully equipped: ooking stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, dish washer, american style refrigerator with freezer and ice production.
Moreover, a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying racks is also located on the ground floor.
Villa Le Panche can easily accommodate 14 guests, thanks to the 5 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a bunk bed located in the sixth supplementary bedroom and a sofa-bed in the attic lounge. Each room looks diverse from the others because it is characterised by a different dominant colour and decorated with original furniture, found in antique shops or in flea markets and subsequently restored. All bedrooms have flat TV screens with satellite channels.
